The Company has installed 60 TFO machines till date.

The company has raised the funds to installed 30 Twisting and 30 Knitting Machines; accordingly as per benchmark set by us, the company has place orders for the machines and Lab Equipments.
The company has installed 10 twisting machines with 17 twisting machines.
During this period the Management decided for major expansion plans by setting up of Unit-3 at Naroli and undertaking the expansion in phase manner. In the 1st phase the Company has acquired land and proposed to construct factory building and installation of 10 Texturising machines. As per the plan the Company has completed construction of factory building admeasuring 55000 Sq. ft and installation of 4 texturising machines. .
As planned in the 1st phase the Company has completed installation of 4 Texturising Machines and the installation of remaining 2 Texturising machines will be completed by December 2010.
In the 2nd phase the Company has proposed to construct the factory building for installation of 30 Twisting Machines and 30 Knitting Machines towards Forward Integration plan. For managing day to day activity the company has also plan to acquire the corporate office for better administration. The company has planned to finance the said expansion programme through the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Rs 3600 Lacs.
Commencement of setting-up of Unit II at village Masat, for manufacturing Polyester Texturised Yarn installation 8 Texturising Machines.
Up gradation of two Texturising Machines by installing two latest high speed machines (replacing old) and doubled the capacity.
Also forward integration into Twisted yarn by installing 5 TFO machines capacity.
Commercial Production of expansion project commenced which doubled the capacity.
Commencement of expansion project to double the manufacturing capacity by installing one more Texturising Machine.
